Never received the order that I placed with them.. Internet

Placed order with them. Recived e-mails telling me how I will be billed and how I can track my order. After I recieved credit Card statement showing they had billed me. I checked the order 'Waiting to process' still waiting since Janurary. They no longer respone to any e-mail from me.
