I admitted in the hospital on 03-03. Mr. ML sindwani is my doctor to advise me admits in the hospital than I contact to insurance policy regarding cashless facility and they ready to provide cashless facility.

When I was going to discharge

I have already submitted the entire document by post dated March 25-05, 08-09 24-10 and presently communication by phone.

Presently they are not given any response about my claim amount

So pls help about the above said matter.
