On 30/11, STAR CJ told me the courier name. I found on internet that star CJ delivered my consignment on 29/11 to Aramex courier service.
I got my consignment no 6269083240. now I follow up with the courier company every day and they told me every time that today my consignment delivered.
Today morning I taking the contact no of Aramex courier service gurgaon branch and ask for my consignment,
They cut three times my phone after listen my consignment no. and say they have more then 300 pending consignment in their office.
Please advise me why should I not take some legal action or inform to media or press etc.
What the hell doing the seniors in such organization. Why you people make the every one fool.
