Through this forum I want to bring it to everyone's attention how has the service of Airtel has down graded. I requested for a new Broadband and Landline Connection on 17th August. Executive from Airtel came to check the feasibility of providing new connection to me. He informed me that it feasible. For a connection I paid Rs 999.00 as one month advance rental. Form No- TBLR 275114.
After several calls to customer care I was provided broadband connection on 6th day. They only installed broadband. Regrading landline they said they will be back in 2 hours but never came.
I contacted customer care time and again and they kept on passing the commited resolution time. Every time they gave me a new complaint number. During this period I have got a list of complaint numbers. They stated telling me that it was not feasible to give connection even though I had a working broadband connection. After few days they disconnected my internet connection too. They just keep on closing my case without giving any update to me.
List of complaint numbers are: 2755186, 2874572, 3094738, 3232622, 3344988, 3377752
The irony is that nobody ever contacted me via phone, email or personally regarding my issue. NO UPDATE AT ALL!!
The result is that I paid Rs999.00 and waisted so much money and time without getting any proper service from Airtel. At this point I have realised Airtel just wants to get money from new customer after misleading them of the service. Airtel no more cares at all for customers!!! I do not want to do anymore business from Airtel. Please return my money which you took without giving me service or I will have to take the help of government channel i.e Consumer Court.
