Non receipt of product even after 2 months has pssaed & amount has been billed to my Credit card account

Pl find the details are as follows :

2) Booked on : 27/06/10 through phone - online shopping

3) Inv. No : 00000002528 & Amt Debited to my credit card is : 2740.00 (INR)

4) Inv.. No : 00000002529 & Amt debited to my credit card is :100.00 (INR)

5) Delivery Status as on 3rd Sept'10 : Not received till date.

6) Response from AVA staff: Not picking up the phone & shown great amount of non compliance.

I feel cheated from above mentioned facts. I request to take legal action to return my money back with current rate of interest. I request them to return my money but they are not picking my landline phone because they have trace my landline no.

Pl do the needful & return my money without any further delay.
