I have registered a domain through B4UIndia.com. Now there are problem with my service domain.
Firstly i have faced data losted problem and now i faced virus problem.
Now, I have send an email to B4UIndia.com that i faced a virus prob with my web site and they suggested me that i have to perform some steps to remove the virus. I have done that steps 4 times but still problemis there.
Now i have call them and then denied to accept mistake of him becoz other website facing the same problem.
When i have call them they did not listen to my problem and they drop the call number of times.
Then provide the helpline number number for 24 hrs but they pick the call only office hours on working days.
Please please please take some appropriate action on B4UIndia.com because they do not support and provide proper service to the customer.
