I sent the below mentioned email to all required on 27th April for an order placed on 16th February which I still have not received. I even marked it to Ashish Bagga who is the founder of this site.
Till date no body has reverted back on this. I think this website is a total scam.
Here are the contents of my mail:

Dear all,
I cannot believe at the kind of service your website offers. I was recommended to this side by a friend of mine only to realize what a BIG SCAM this is.
I have placed the above mentioned order online and made a payment through my credit card for it for the BENETTON Wallet and belt set. This order was placed on the 16th of February.
On following up over and over again, I was told I will receive it in a week or ten days, then fifteen days.
I had called again in the first week of April and had specifically asked them to cancel the order if it was not delivered before the 10th of April as I was to be traveling out of the country. I was assured that this was being shipped on priority basis and will reach me before the mentioned date. This was three weeks ago.
Today when I call the customer care, I am told it will take another 2 weeks for them to deliver this!!! Don’t you guys get it or does the customer service executive not hear the customers? I had clearly mentioned that I don’t want the order if not delivered by the 10th of April.
Well, I want to have nothing to do with your company and website. Better yet, stop cheating people! I have read so many reviews of the harassment people have been put through by the INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB and by BAG IT TODAY.
Mr. Bagga, this one is for you – is this what you intended when you launched this website as a part of the prestigious INDIA TODAY GROUP?
Totally disgusted!
