Please stop sending the following standard response “We have gone through your complaint, we would like to inform you that as per our terms & condition product may be different from the picture on the site or on the catalog.” I understand that as per your terms & condition product may be different from the picture on the site or on the catalog. I had ordered one model but you shipped a model half its price, I am just asking you to ship the model that I had ordered of any color!!! Don’t expect a customer who had placed an order for gold to get satisfied for Bronze. Please forward this concern to a Supervisor who can understand English!
