Dear Sir,
On 29 the October i paid Rs 499 towards VPP charges for receiving the entry gift watch. I was given Your Order ID is: 999435608 and on 8th November receieved an email stating that order has been put under process with order no M-COMMERCE/0GA100072333. Till i haven't received my gift and no reply for online customer care complaint e-mail.
I request you to take strong action against for doing this type of things to online customers.
