Money debited and still no response from the company

Hi

I Ishwardas Kumbhare purchased a holiday package from BAGITTODAY on 27 November via a mobile call from the company. They convinced me to buy their holiday package via mobile. i bought the product and it was told to me that they will email me the product details and the order booking number via email in one day. While booking the order i was told to confirm hotel booking in 30 days advance but while confirming the holiday package i was told to confirm the hotel booking 45 days in advance and should send a DD of around 800 in advance to confirm the hotel booking. This the false information given to be while booking the package, Since then i am waiting for the confirmation of my order vial email. I haven't even got any product from them but the transaction has been cleared and amount of Rs 7000 has been debited from my account and credited in BAGITTODAY'S"account. When i try to call their customer care and ask me for the order no which is 777793588 and that is not available in their system. Customer care doesnt even listen to me. I feel very helpless and cheated. Everyday i receive a call from bagittoday for confirmation of the order and they tell me that i will receive a email of confirmation in 2 min but till today i havent got any email from them. I guess i have lost my Rs 7000 . Please let know how can i cancle the transaction.
