Delay in refund of courier amount

Sir i purchased a reebok folding bag which was in defective condition. So i contact the company and they asked me to send the bag and they will pay courier charges as well as bill amount. I already send the good as well as courier slip to the company but i haven't received the courier charges yet. They told me that i will get the money in 10-12 days but its already more than 20 days, So please do the needful
