It has been 3 days since i opted for Beam Cable Internet Services & also did pay the respective amount for unlimited package. Hear me say it has been a pathetic service from such a well known provider. It has been days and yet i didn't get my new connection, this is shit. The only response i get u'r request is in process, god damn u. I just keep on getting messages ticket number... my foot.
I want my connection up by today evening or else refund the amount.
How do customers believe your services when u cant even provide a new connection properly.
