Beam Telecom
Not getting connectivity

Sir,

I Had taken Beam telecom internet connection on 2nd october. I paid 1200 600 for installation and activation respectively. Since a week I am not getting any proper connectivuty, I have been calling hte customer care center and even contacted their nodal officer and din't got any solution from them.

Every time I call the customer care center they simply give me a complaint number and will close it after 2-3 hrs without providing any solution.

Kindly look into this matte
