Respected Sir/Madam,
I have opted for Beam telecom internet service by paying 2300/- for 6 months package in July.
They have suspended the connection in Nov saying I need to pay for the next six month due amount though the total 6 months period is not yet over. Every time I call customer care a ticket will be created and it will be closed after some without resolution. I wrote several mails to nodal officer also, but no response.
