I never had a stranger experience before. i had approached beam tele, hyderabad over phone on 26th september with a request to provide new broadband connection to my residence at sainikpuri and i got an assurance that their customer care executive (cce) will approach me with in 24 hours and took my mobile no. As i didnt get any response, i rang up again on 28th reminded them about the staus. again i got a stock reply stating their cce will approach me with in 24 hours. today i.e., 29th, till now nobody has approached me. i wonder if this is the sordid response meted out to a prospective customer, what would be the plight of existing clientele.
