Company did not give necessary guidelines how to use their internet service. did not give message at regular intervals that how much we have used. did not instruct to switch off modem when not in use . did not give any broschures/leaflets for how to use the facility. sent bill of Rs. 6806- while I took plan of only Rs. 599/- per month. Now they are saying it is my fault.
