Reimbursement of Deposit Amount

Dear Sir,

I have applied for broadband connection at my residence on 6th Aug. Along with deposit amount of Rs.999/- (cheque) i have submitted the application (CEF No. CH - 1219672) to the Sales Person Mr. Arun Kumar (mobile no:9003035105). It was said by Arun Kumar to me while collecting application that the connection will be given in 7 to 8 working days but it was not provided to me till 2 months. During this two months i called Arun Kumar almost 3 times a day but no respose and also called customer care they said that they will check the status and update me on my ticket but nobody called till today and given any feedback. Then i approached Airtel counter in Ascendes (near tidel park). They told me to contact Adyar Airtel showroom. From there i went to Adyar Airtel showroom and requested Mr. Senthil (executive) to cancel the connection and refund the deposit. Senthil told me that my refund cheque will be sent to my residence address within 15 working days. But i did not recieved even after one month then again contacted the Adyar showroom they said it is in the process and will get dispatched in 15 days. Then went again after 20 days to Adyar showroom they said the courier was returned back to wrong address. I have asked Vasuki (executive) how can this happen, the address which i have mentioned in the application is complete & correct one more over i have provided residence proof GAS connection bill, this shows me how the team in Airtel works. Then i requested the Vasuki to get the refund cheque delivered at adyar showroom, she has taken the request and asked me to contact after 7 working days. Finally cheque was received after 10 days but again here also a big blender mistake made by the team i.e. cheque issued on wrong name - what to say? Literally frustrated. Then i have asked Arun Kumar who was there in place of Vasuki to get the payment transferred online to my account instead of all this struggles but he told this is not possible then promised to me that he will get fresh cheque in 7 working days. But till today no response from Arun Kumar or anyone. Again the story started from beginning I don't know what to say about Airtel...

What is this, how many times should i call? how many times should i go (adyar showroom is 8 kms away from residence)? Who will pay for all the loss? What is the tentative day for receiving my money? On other side am also a responsible working employee with busy schedule – how can you expect me to turn back to these many times, ridicules! please answer to me...

This is not my first experince, earlier i have gone through same pain when i using airtel post paid connection. Now i have come to a decision not encourage or even i will not take any products of Airtel because of the irresponsibility of working staff.

Please do the needful in getting my refund at the earliest.
