Money has got deducted twice and has not reached vendo

Hi,

I had maid payment to bharatOnline.com for booking Kailash beach resort, Pondicherry. on 2 Mar. the money has got deducted twice and the amount is 4485rs. I spoke to citibank executive, he is telling the money had got deducted twice and should be re-imbersed by vendor. Kailash resort people are telling it will credited back to me by CCavenue.

Kindly credit my amount back.
