Telephone Bill detail and telephone out of service

My Landline Phone No. 01462-223247 got out of service regularly from Last six month I loged complaint various time and the same repaired by Telecome persons but with in one or two days the phone against disorders the telecom authority unable to provide permanent solution.

And I am also using Branband service on this number from last 6 to 8 month I unable to get usages detail through net after the conversation with telecom authority the provide a new web side which they lonch www.selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in which are not working.

Please provide the solution or suggest me for another way.
