Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited- Calcutta Telephones
My phone is not working for last 15 days

Dear Sir,

I am a regular customer of Calcutta Telephones, myy telephone nos are 033-24353579 and 033-24353825. Both the telephones are not working and are in dead condition for last 15 days.

The location of my connection is " GARIA GARDENS, P.O. GARIA, KOLKATA-700 084.

You are hereby requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at an earliest. As Telephone is an emergency means and it requires to be in operation.

I look forward to have better services from BSNL at all times.
