Changing the plan without referring us

We have taken a plan of Rs 399/-...but without referring us you have changed the plan i.e. Rs599/-

but we request to cancel this plan of Rs599/-and activate the previous plan that is of Rs 399/-...

so we hope that you'll surely take an action regarding your misconception... and also make a correction in the bill which was charged from 17/April/11 to 16/May/11
