98 internet plan is not working

Hi

I have got my cell recharged by Rs 98 internet plan.

But for the surfing balance was deducted from from normal balance.

Then i have called customer care care to get my problem resolved.

He informed me that u have to dial *123*11#, alhough it is wrong.

than from google i have searched the activation number n i have got it

Its *567*11#

I have called up this no.

I have got a message.

But still airtel is deducting balance from my normal balance.

so what to do now???

either i should call customer care and waste my money to get wrong information or i should forgot about my "Rs98 the balance i have wasted in calling customer care the amount deducted my normal taltime the time i am wasting sitting in my office."

I want the problem to be resolved and my money back as soon as possible.
