Hello,
I am not able to pay my bills online, through the online facilities provided from Airtel due to some technical issue. I have raised this complaint to Airtel Customer Care refid (42869142) about this issue one month back, I have not got any updates or resolution to the problem. Inspite Airtel Billing department calls everday for bill payments reminder.
Again if I call Airtel Customer care, they say only alternative is to visit the airtel showroom and pay your bill, I am really surprised with the answer then why the hell the online facilities are provided by the company if they cannot maintain the proper service to the same.
I am really bugged up with the Airtel service.
