I already have a airtel landline connection with broadband for last 3 years. last year i got wi-fi installed on the number. I got a customer service rep coming to install an intercom on my airtel number, & recommended that I change my plan to a more feasible plan, which will give me XYZ benefits. i agreed-he took money, gave no reciept & has disappeared with the money--is not responding, He has forwarded my requisition to the concerned departmwent of airtel-but no follow-ups. I have just landed up losing 2K.
It should be called Farttale-rather than airtel!!
