Lease line 4 Mbps not working

We have taken Airtel Lease line of Mbps @ our okhla & noida branch... it's worst services that i have seen... before that i am runing with TATA-VSNl lease line of 4 Mbps i am very much satisfied with TATA services... but Airtel guy given me some cheep rates & phone line connection... it's my biggest fault i have trusted Airtel... now they are not refunding my money & i am suffering from busniess loose too..
