I had installed a broadand connection on 05/03... and paid rs.500 as security deposit... for a data plan of rs 649..(airtel broadband) and due to some problem i cancelled it few days after the connection was cancelled before it was started... since then i have not been refunded my deposit as it was promised by the salesman who booked the connection... i have a proof in the form of receipt... THE RECEIPT NO. IS 1586025... AND SEF NO. WRITTEN ON IT IS 2660702... THE CONNECTION IS NAME OF mr. RAJENDER NAYYAR...

i have called up customer care many times and they are not responding to the situation... this is least expected from such a big company.
