i was a postpaid customer of airtel for almost six years continuously and i always believed that there is no match for its customer care in india, but when i wanted to come back to airtel after a gap of two years i met with such cold response from ur staff that i decided not go for it, this is an incident of ur customer care centre in old gajuwak, visakhapatnam, AP, on NH of 10 oct 11 at around 1845 hrs, i asked for plans and rate of modem and related things but he behaved in such a manner that he did not want me to become his customer, he was busy with other work, there was not even single customer for him to deal with, this incident has left me heart broken as i had wonderful six years with airtel
