Not Acomplish their comittment

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is Sanjeev Singh from Laxminagar delhi. I had applied for broadband connection at 08 oct from Bharti Airtel Ltd. Their executive whose name is Mr. Rajendra Verma, CP code is 24746, Sales Executive code is DD1232069 came and registered my application and take advance registration charges Rs 500 and gave comittment that within 2 days we can use their broadband internet connection but today before writing this complaint i called that executive and for cancelling this connection but he didn't responce as he came very first for opening connection and said after 45 days Airtel will refund my advance registration through money order or any other correspondence. MyAirtel Registration No is 2436306.

Right now i want my money back and i can't wait for 45 days.so plz do a little favour if you really can do.
