Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I am customer of Airtel Broadband Services from last more than one year (Airtel Fixedline No. 01145160260 with Airtel Broadband Connection vide Account No. 15486006 in name of Jai Parkash Garg R/o:- E-3/27, Ground Floor, Sector-11, Rohini, Delhi-110085). I must say I enjoyed your services very much.
From 09 may to 20 may (12 days) my broadband and landlines were not working at all. In this purpose I made multiple complaints (Compalint No. 46180358; Ref No. 46219396; Ref No. 20103537; Ref No. 2013352260, Ref No. 201035375, Ref No. 46180358), but all in vain. Airtel not short out I complaint in period 09.05.2011 to 20.05.2011. (12 Days). During the period, I faced a lot of embarrassment along with financial loss (went to cafe again and again for my stuffs).
This forced me not to pay last month bill of Rs. 777/- including 12 days (09.05.2011 to 20.05.2011) including service tax. Breakup detail below:-

Above mention compensation provide me & Plenty should recovery for nodal office. This request i am already register in customer care. Please check if our record. We are deducted the amount of Rs. 1063/- in coming Bill & balance amount paid as soon as. Please updated your record.
