Dear Sir,
I get the broad band connection in NOV. For that I paid up rs: 11019/- by cheq. As one year payment. It is cleared then after they start my connection. But Airtel co. Asked the same amt since last three months. & I constantly reply with details of payment, cheq No:, date of clearing from my bank. I gave them even Bank statement copy. Meanwhile co send me the bill with late payment charge. Now they agree & credit the amt. But still asking for late fee amt. I Paid in advance. So there is no matter for Late fee payment. On the other hand still I received email asking full amt, as they did not received any payment.
Another point, contineously prompt me regarding PC SECURED services. I promptly email them I do not want it. Never active this services in future. even I make complain by phone to 121 & 198 service. But They try to get money any how from me
I want this details will expose by media also.
