I am using a Tataindicom ADSL connection for 2 years. I am using a 256 Kbps night unlimited plan which is 8pm to 8am free (uploaddownload). I never get the bill more than 800 Rs for a month. Since I am working guy, I only use the net at night after coming from office around 9pm. However, these guys have charge an unbilled amount of 5063 Rs for 13 Days (Thats 10 GB worth of download dаta: shock:) On top of that they cut my line!!! Is it even possible on that speed to access such data in 13 days??? On calling customer care, all they tell is go to tata indicom site and u will get the breakup which is not true. I am not paying a single rupee to these bastards!!! I have settled last months bill and am not using tataindicom ADSL EVER!!!
