I sorry to say that BSNL service is moving to bad condition. I am running a public telephone booth with broad band service with two system. last two years my broand bill was rupees - to 3000/-. in the month of Dec'09. our broad band was not working. last working was 25th of dec'09. BSNL sent the bill Rupees 13, 520/- when i made a written complaint they are not ready to accept my complaint. I am uable to pay the bill. i don't know what's wrong with BSNL staff. now they are sending telegram and notice to take further action. I am planning to make a complaint to all over India BSNL officer's whethere they will take right decision or the same decision what Trichy main office people took.
