Dear Sir,
I am your broadband customer having Account no.978606147. Since July there has been excess billing to my account on the contention of late payment of bills by me. In this context, I would like to clarify that in July there was delay in payment from my side due to late issue of bill from your end about which I had lodged a complaint with your customer care over phone.
I am sure you would appreciate that every month I have 7-8 bill payments with different due dates. Unless I get the bill in proper time how would I know the due date and how do you expect me to pay the bill on due date?
I had lodged a complaint for excess billing with your customer care vide complaint no. 270388289, dt. 30.06.11. However, no action has been taken so far. When reminded over phone about the said complaint, to my utter surprise, I was informed that there is no such complaint no. in their record. I am really at a loss whether your system of registering the complaints itself is authentic.
Please look into the matter and send me the correct bill for the needful at my end.
