I am not getting 3G speed

Hi,

My BSNL number is 9429095816, i have suscribed for 3g internet for 180 days. (Rs 4200 for 180 days) on 5th November.

For 1st few days i got good speed i.e. more than 2Mbps after that from last 1 months or more my speed has dropped to 100Kbps to 500Kbps. I have complained it again and again and every time i get a sms that your complain has been resolved but speed remains the same. i do agree that in between i have got speed up to 2 mbps but that is only for less than 1 hour. please help me as i have made payment for 180 days and not for few hours.
