Myself Kaushik Solanki, working with General Motors India Ltd In Halol, Gujarat Dist.of Panchmachal want to get to your attention that I feel betrayed by your 3G DATA CARD service which I have tagen on 20/11 and after so many time reconnect it work with very poor speed I am getting a maximum speed of only 14-34 kbps and the download speed is only 05-10 kbps. Sir it is just like dupping the people that this service is started. I tried to contact the customer service 1503 for my problem but I did not get satisfactory answer..
Sir my BSNL SIM Mobile no is 9408103251 IMEI NO: 980069002065133 of the 3 G data card.
And when I want to download some file always the line seems to be busy
Sir, kindly look into this problem and rectify this as soon as possible
