We were having 6 months planed and without informing the plan was changed into monthly plan. I have already paid the bill of rs. 4431 on 21/03 by cash. Which was send by you for half yearly plan. But now you have converted my plan to monthly without giving any information and from last two months we are receiving monthly planed bill. I have already complaint about the above problem but no solution have been generated by you.
