Unable to check my bb usage

Sir,

i have taken a new bb connection and i want to check my bb usage but i am unable to check it becouse when i try to logine trough bsnl portal it prompts "EJPAK0004W: Login failed. Please enter a valid user ID and password. " error. so pls tell me how can login through portal so that i can check my bb usage.
