I have the broadband connection on my home number 01823283925. I am facing the Broadband problem since 15 Days. Three times I have lodged the complaint on 198 for the same and same is received by your Behram & Mehli Exchange team. I have talked number of times on 0182328392 (Mehli Exchange) and 01823270198 (Behram Exchange). Problem was not solved yet despite the fact the two complaints were closed.
