I had paid money of rs2300/ for 6 months in advance my A/c no is 204706. My beam net is not working since last 2 weeks. Customer care is not lifting the phone (it is giving busy message today I had tried form morning to till 12noon) the person to whom I am calling is beam service person he is also not lifting the phone His No is 9912342916.Office also had been shifted from chandanagar . there is Know intimation.also.
I want to lodge this complaint against them. Still if there is no action I will put in consumer court.
