BSNL broadband excess bill

Dear Sir,

I have a BSNL landline and broadband connection (limited usage Rs 250 only). But from last 2 months (01 Dec to 31 Dec), I am getting extra billing of Rs 65 and Rs 135 though whever a message comes for 'You have exceeded 1 GB limit', I have stopped using the internet. I have made complaint, but nobody is taking care.

Please see that this extra billing is adjusted for next month billing.

I have another complaint that today on 3rd January when I checked my online usage of internet, I have see that it shows 77 MB, but fact is I have not used so much. Also see the attached online usage taken from your website, it incorrectly shows that on 11th January (which is future date) 18774 KB internet is used. How it is possible?

Please make sure that your billing system is accurate and customer don't face any problems like this.
