My phone 0674-2585682 is dead for the past 20 days and I am unable to use my broadband too. I cannot even lodge an online complaint which says my number is unregistered. Whenever I call to customer service via 1500, they intentionally stay numb without uttering any thing. This is really disgusting and I am having an awful experience with BSNL. Any honest senior officials reading this message, must do something.
