I M USING BSNL LANDLINE CONNECTION NO 01881223478 FROM MORE THA 10 YRS AND I APPLIED FOR BSNL BROADBAND SERVICES APPROX 6 MONTHS BEFORE I DEPOSITED THE REQUIRED SECURITY WITHOUT DSL MODEM BECAUSE I ALREADY HAD MODEM BUT AT THAT TIME THERE WAS SOME PROBLEMIN INSTALLATION DUE TO SEVERAGE WORK IN THE CITY, TAHT WAS OK

AFTER APPROX A MONTH THEY ACTIVATED MY BROADBAND FROM THEIR END BUT NO BODY CAME TO MY HOME FORINSTALLATION AND FEW DAYS AFTER I CAME TO KNOW ABOUT THAT THEN I CONTACTED BSNL EMPLOYEES FOR INSTALLATIO BUT NO BODY CAME FOR THAT AND THEN ME MYSELF MADE ALL THE CONNECTION BECAUSE MY BILL WAS STARTED GENERATING

ITS NOT ALL OVER AFTER THIS I WAS FACING BIG PROBLEMS REGARDING DISCONNECTION OF INTERNET AFTER EVERY FEW MINUTES WHILE USING INTERNET AND BIG DISTURBANCE IN PHONE LINE THEN I LOGGED COMPLAINT ON THEIR COMPLAINT NO 197/198 BUT NO RESPONSE, AFTER THAT AGAIN I LOGGED I COMPLAINT 2-3 TIMES BUT NOBODY GAVE ME CALL OR NO BODY VISITED MY HOME FOR CHECKING THE CONNECTION. THEN I CONTACED TEH JE OF MY AREA AND REQUESTED TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM AGAIN NO RESPONSE, THE AFTER I CONTACED THEIRSENIOR OFFICER MR J LAL HE NOTED DOWN MY NO, BUT AGAIN NO RESPONSE

THIS TYPE OF SERVICES BSNL IS PROVIDING FROM LAST APRROX 4 MONTHE I M FACING A TECHNICAL PROBLEM FROM BROADBAND AND PHONE LINE BUT BSNL EMLPOEE DONT WANT TOLISTENANYTHING

I M FRED UP FROM THESE TYPE OF POOR SERVICES THATS WHY CUSTOMERS ARE NOWMOVING TI PRIVATE SECTOR

KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL AND TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTION FRO SUCH A CUSTOMER HARRASHMEN
