Hi,

I placed request for the cancellation of Airtel Broadband connection 01143465314, on 29th August as I was shifting to a new residence. I paid complete bill for the bill cycle 8th August to 7th September even if I used services till 29th August. But still the connection is active and I am receiving bills. Around one month back, I received a call from a recovery agent, hired by airtel, for payment of next month bill for the services I didn't use.

Again, I took new Airtel connection at new residence after paying Rs. 1750/- as their various charges. But still their services were so pathetic that I had to place request for the cancellation of second connection just after one month.

Airtel is such a shame in the name of service providers that they cannot earn money by providing good services and are making money by harrassing the customers. They should be banned from running this business.

I request you to please look into this matter.
