Hello,
I had applied for BSNL Broad Band connection on April 29th. I have paid 500/- for that. They said that we will install it in 2-3 business days.
Today is May 18th. i visited BSNL and hey said that we are short of cables since December.
Now if they are short of cables why dont they say this at time of form filling process. BSNL is a public sector comapny and should behave like that only. Not satisfied with the answers of BSNL.
Can i register a complaint so that people who dont want to work should get treatment.
