BSNL Broadband
Error 678

I am a consumer of Calcutta Telephones Broadband Service.

My telephone No is : 24352698. I am really dissatisfied with the broadband service of BSNL.

I am facing problem from last 15 days as it is showing Error 678.

I have made complains as mentioned below:

1. R1301 Dated 02/02/10

2. R2498 Dated 03/02/10

3. R3143 Dated 04/02/10

4. R5658 Dated 08/02/10

5. R7538 Dated 10/02/10

6. R6201 Dated 12/02/10

7. R3607 Dated 17/02/10.

8. S4009 Dated 18/02/10.

I am using the Nokia Siemens Networks [Modem] C2110.

Hence, I would like to request you to go through my problems and take care of the Poor Service from your end and also rebate my telephone bill from dated 02/02 till the problem is solved.
