My Broadband No. is 2644-3221, Sin ce the installation, we are facing the LINK failure problem, i.e. 678 error is showing. Every time we are complaining over phone and subsequently the lines get restores, only for a while, again the same problem is surfacing.
With all this problem unattended, we have to effect payment towards their bills every month, which is taking a toll on us, since neither we are able to surf the internet nor getting any feed back from their helpline.
Please do the needful & oblige.
