Poor and false promises of salesperson

I was promised by a salesperson named Shailendra Yadav with mobile number 09320078553 that after the reliance broadnet connection my reliance landline number 30691718 will be changed to 30699099 or 30677077 as promised by him before the connection.he promised to change the number within 10 days of net connection.i also called to the salesmanager with number9321943605 but he also not responded to my problem.they both are not even responding to my calls and are not picking up their phone. please look into this matter its already 25 days from the day when i got the connection, as i got my connection on 17 may.
