Shiftinh prblem_Jaipu

Dear Sir,

I have requested for phone shift (including broadband and IPTV) from Triveni nagar exchange area to barakat nagar exchange area on 3rd nov. (request no.11001917210). my phone (old no. 2763458) was shifted to new address on 7th nov. - new no. 2504812.

Since than i am waiting for my broadband to be activated on my new number, regarding that i have complaint 4 times on 1500 (complaint no. - 7285037, 7285890, 7286248.missed 1 complaint number) in addition i have visited TRIVENI NAGAR EXCHANGE, BARKAT NAGAR TEL. EXCHANGE, BAJAJ NAGAR EXCHANGE 3-4 times each but not yet got a result.

Finally i had to write this mail in hope to get my broadband connection asap.
