I was worked for Mindtech World (Mindtech Hosting) as a webmaster for two months, part time (8PM to 12AM). At the joining time Mr. Anant (CEO & Marketing Head, MindTech Solutions) was provided me Offer Letter. But I didn't sign on that.
At that joining period I am getting Rs. 10000/- PM, and I asked him Rs. 5000/- PM. He offered me Rs 3000/- for three months probation, and I can resign at any time he mentioned in that offer letter.
I have done SEO for the websites http://mindtechhosting.com/, http://mindtechworld.com/ and http://highendportal.com/mindtech/index_in.html for two months. He used to call me at any time when he got doubt. He don't know about SEO, Online Marketing. He asked me to do SEO only, but I done online marketing on that three websites. I have posted in facebook, myspace twitter lot of social networking websites. He dont know what is facebook marketing. With my personal problems, I resigned for my job after two months. When I submitted my resignation letter, Mr. Anant (CEO & Marketing Head, MindTech Solutions) accepted that.
I asked my salary after accepting my resignation. What Mr. Anant said to me it will take one month to process. Mindtech Solutions will not take your money. Believe me. I waited for one and half month.
Then he told me Mindtech Solutions was closed, and we clearly mention in offer letter, you should inform before three months when you want to resign. He told that websites http://mindtechhosting.com/, http://mindtechworld.com/ and http://highendportal.com/mindtech/index_in.html are not working.
I get shocked. And I checked that websites. They are not alive.
After two days I got doubt on Mr. Anant and I made a call to him. And the websites also working.
I asked him what is this. You said that company was closed and websites are not alive. Now websites are running. Why you lied to me?
Mr. Anant said "You cheated me".
After all that I came to know that he played games with me like company is closed, websites are not working.
Dear friends please don't make deals with MIndtech Hosting and Mindtech World. Mr. Anant Mishra is a cheater, Mother F***er.
Beware of Mr. Anant and fake companies like Mindtech Solutions (mindtech hosting, mindtech world http://mindtechhosting.com/, http://mindtechworld.com/ and http://highendportal.com/mindtech/index_in.html).
If he say " I dont have money to pay your salary" I will leave my money. But he lied to me that company was closed, I lost my two months salary. Please find me a job in your company.
