Our Internet connectivity for the BSNL broadband service provided on Landline No 27901811 has not been working properly for the past several months and we have complained regarding the same to your customer care executives repeatedly. They have come and said that the modem provided is an outdated one. We have not been connected to the internet regularly for the month of November inspite of the same we got a
bill for Rs 8550 for not using the internet. It is possible that some virus must have entered because the
modem is kept on regularly. I request u to kindly look into the matter and reduce the bill amount as we have
never defaulted on the payment of the bill so far from the time of the connection of the telephone till the bill of
October. Pls give us an itemised bill for the month of Nov for the Broadband services Utilised.
